Committee Chairs: If you have not yet done so, please submit your annual reports to MMUUS office administrator Brian Betz at office@mmuus.orgThe deadline is THIS WEDNESDAY, May 25th.  

 

If you are a new committee chair and are unsure what to write, or would like to see a copy of your committee’s past annual report submission, please contact Brian.

 

Reports received after May 25th run the risk of not being included the 2016 MMUUS Annual Report.

 

 

 

MAY MEMORIAL’S DRUM CIRCLE IS THIS SUNDAY  

Sunday, May 22nd

12:00 pm / $10   

 

The Drum Circle led by Sandra Sabene that was originally scheduled for Sunday, May 15th has been rescheduled for THIS SUNDAY, May 22nd, beginning at 12:00 pm in the Sanctuary

 

Sandra Sabene, from the Liverpool Art Center, offers a relaxing rhythmic interaction which offers drummers opportunities to express, explore and play with percussion. All levels are invited and beginners are warmly welcomed. Sandra offers a quick hand drum lesson in the beginning and then we all enjoy riding the waves of soothing rhythms and upbeat releases.  

 

$10/person. Bring your own drum or reserve one.

ARTS ON GENESEE POSTCARD: PASS IT ON!

Have you thought about helping out with publicity for May Memorial’s upcoming Arts on Genesee exhibition, but weren’t sure if you had the time?  Here is something you can do to help – from the comfort of your own chair and will take less than a minute

 

Please share one of the digital postcard attachments with your online friends and those in your social media circle.  How?  You may:

 

1)      Download the attached JPEG versions of the front and back of the postcard and then upload them to your favorite social media site (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). Be sure to tag your friends and ask them to share it too!
